Quinnimont's signature structure was QN Cabin, built around 1910 or so. This combination of signal tower and station was built by the C&O at several locations. At Quinnimont, which had seperate passenger station and freight stations, the lower part of the building was used as a yard office. After years of disuse, the structure was finally demolished in the 1980s.
