Online Research Request Form

Welcome to the C&OHS Online Research Request Form. This easy to use form is designed to provide you, the researcher, with a complete and accurate response to your inquiry.

A postal address is required for two reasons. Some of the subject experts who answer research requests are not online. Additionally, the response may include photocopies of drawings, photos, or other informational documents. We use address, telephone, and e-mail information only for the purpose of responding to your research inquiry and we will keep it confidential.

You may also submit Research Requests by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person.

The C&OHS does not charge fees for research services. We do invite donations for the general support of the Chesapeake & Ohio Historical Society based upon the extent you feel this research was helpful. Those who make a donation of $25.00 or more are provided with a tax receipt for their gift. Click here to make a donation online.
